A visit to Japan is not complete without taking in the magical city of Kyoto. Teeming with Buddhist temples, gardens, imperial palaces, Shinto shrines and traditional wooden houses, Kyoto embodies the essence of Japan and its ancient culture. Famed for its Geisha entertainment ladies attired in traditional kimono costumes in its Gion district and surrounded by picture postcard landscapes, Kyoto is a jewel not to be missed.
Our tour package takes advantage of the relative close proximity ( 90 minutes ) of Kyoto to the venue for the Ireland v's Japan game in Ecopa stadium Shizouka, and includes two nights accommodation with day guides in Kyoto.

Famous for its Green Tea and its spicy Wasabi, Shizouka prefecture sits at the foot of Mount Fuji which dominates the landscape from far in the distance. The Ecopa stadium itself is in Fukuroi near Hanamatsu city.
Our packages include 3, 4 and 5* accommodation in Hanamatsu, stadium transfers and local host guides. With Ireland playing the host nation in a crucial qualifying game, the atmosphere in Shizouka shoud be second to none.
